Q:How can I add all my Returned (un-deliverable or bounced back) Email Addresses into the default “Removed” file
A:

To add the returned (un-deliverable or bounced back) email addresses onto the default "Removed" file please follow this process:

For Mail Communicator V3:

1. Go to Incoming Email tab.

2. Click on Remove Bounced back email and follow the wizard.

3. Check the Apply box to start the remove task straight away.

If you have setup the Remove Bounced back email settings properly, select the account from the drop down List and hit on the Get Msg button.

Note: the program has a default list where it keeps all the bounced back emails.
By default, it is located in : C:Program FilesDynamic Mail Communicator V3MailingListRemoved.dat

If you’re running Windows Vista, and you’re running the program as an "Administrator" the "Removed.dat" file is located in "C:Program FilesDynamic Mail Communicator V3MailingList"

If you are not running the program as the "Administrator" or are unsure, try locating the “error.log” file in “C:UsersApp DataLocalVirtual StoreProgram FilesDynamicMailingList”

If your “AppData” folder is hidden, follow these steps to display hidden files and folders:

1.Open Folder Option by going to your Task Bar at the bottom of your screen. Then clicking on the "Start" button>clicking "Control Panel">clicking "Appearance and Personalization">clicking "Folder Options".

2.Click the View tab.

3.Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK.


For Mail Communicator V2:

1. Click the “Mail Account” folder item on the Mail Communicator folder list.

2. Click a mail account on the mail account list.

3. Go to “Tools” item in the menu bar, and select “Get Returned Email Address” menu item.
