Frequently Asked Questions - Dynamic Mail Communicator™

Q:How do I get the bounced back emails from my email account
A:

You first select the account which you want to retreive bounced emails from, then choose the "Get Return Email Addresses" option from the "Tools" on the menu bar.

Some other relevent settings regarding bounced emails can be adjusted in the "File/Configuration" area within the Mail Communicator. You can set the program to add the bounced emails to a list and then have them removed from your mailing list.
